Financial Information

Estimated Expenses

Prior to a procedure being performed, you will speak with our patient liaison who can provide you with an up front estimate. This information may be obtained by calling the admitting office at 228-864-0008. This charge does not include the physician's fee, anesthesiologist's fee, or any pathologist's fee for examination of surgical tissue.

Insurance Coverage

Our insurance department will verify your coverage which includes:

  • Indication of eligibility and benefits
  • A basic idea of what percentage your insurance will pay of your estimated charges
  • Indicate if a deductible or co-insurance amount will need to be collected from you
    • Co-pay and deductibles are due at the time of service
    • Payment may be made in form of cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Care-Credit
      • Patients receiving cosmetic procedures must pay by certified check, cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Care-Credit at least a day prior to services being rendered unless other arrangements have been made with your physician or facility.

As a courtesy to our patients, our office submits charges for services to your insurance company. We will assist you in receiving maximum benefits. However, insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company; we are NOT a party to that contract. We will not become involved in disputes between you and your insurance company regarding deductibles, co-payments, covered charges, secondary insurance, "usual and customary" charges, or pre-existing conditions. We will supply your insurance company with any factual information as necessary.

THE PARENTS (OR GUARDIAN) ACCOMPANYING A MINOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL PAYMENT AT TIME OF SERVICE.
